This unique LED Neon Happy Birthday sign is a great addition to your Wedding, Event or business.
This neon sign is skillfully handmade using energy efficient and environmentally friendly LED Neon Flex, we use a high-quality product which gives great brightness whilst looking good.
Your sign will be created by using 6 mm clear acrylic (as shown in the image). The sign can then be mounted to the wall either by using the supplied fixings or hung from the ceiling with a wire hanging kit.
The sign comes complete with a 12v power supply and UK plug. All wiring that comes with this Neon Sign is clear and invisible when the sign is illuminated.
This sign can also be customised. Our tip would be to add the birthday girl or boys in a vibrant colour.

The following terms and conditions of sale constitute a binding agreement between Etiquette Events and its customers which applies to all purchases made on- line through the Etiquette Events Ltd website, and by any quotation given by Etiquette Events. Customers are reminded that these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Please read them carefully, you may wish to print a copy for future reference.
Contract and Acceptance of Order
1. Online orders are accepted by full payment through the online shopping cart. Etiquette Events accepts that the full payment for goods is a contract between the customer and Etiquette Events. Etiquette Events will endeavour to fulfill the requirement of that contract within 28 days or refund your payment in full. Orders will be dispatched within 72 hours.
Orders not shipped within 72 hours may be as a result of one or more of the following reasons:
Unavailability of stock
The identification of a pricing error
The identification of a product description error
Failure to obtain authorisation for your payment
Failure to satisfy our security concerns as regards the billing and/or delivery address details provided
Your failure to agree to any extra delivery charges where your requested delivery address is outside of the UK mainland

2. Non online sales are accepted by a returned signed quotation supplied by Etiquette Events or a signed official purchase order.
All goods remain the property of Etiquette Events until paid for in full.
A. All purchases must be paid in full before delivery. Payments are accepted on our website, PayPal or by direct payment to our Bank account.
B. All prices quoted are for new products and are priced in pounds sterling. Delivery is free if over £200 for a 1-3 day service. Additional charges will be incurred for delivery for 24 hour service and The Highlands of Scotland and Northern Ireland. Additional charges dependent on location will be incurred for deliveries outside the UK. An invoice giving a description of the goods purchased and the price paid including VAT will be supplied.
C. The contract will be concluded in English. We may refuse to process an order for any reason at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party for our refusal to process an order. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. As manufacturers reserve the right to change specifications without notice, we must also reserve this right.
D. All prices quoted include VAT.
As we do not guarantee delivery for any specific time or date, we cannot be liable for any loss or inconvenience experienced as a result of delayed delivery or non-delivery. In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, an order can be cancelled in writing within 7 working days of delivery if boxed with all original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. Whereby a refund will be provided less the costs of carriage and handling charge of 2.5%. Please contact us for a returns address. If goods are received in any condition other than that listed above, they will be returned to you at your expense. If goods are delivered in a damaged condition, or, if there is a shortage in delivery, or, if you have received the wrong goods, you must note this on the carrier's delivery schedule and, in addition, inform us either by phone or email within 3 days of delivery. We regret we are unable to give timed deliveries. All delivery dates are given in good faith but are subject to all matters beyond the control of the Company: including acts of God, strikes, lockouts and delay by suppliers. Delivery will normally be 1 - 3 working days from the clearance of payment subject to stock levels.
Accuracy of Information
Etiquette Events endeavours to take great care to faithfully reproduce all descriptions and specifications as provided by the manufacturers however, errors may occur. If you are in any doubt we recommend you contact us by email to discuss the product in more detail. The illustrations are representative only. All sizes are approximate. All items are subject to availability. All details, specifications, prices are accurate at time of publication, but may subsequently change. While we make every effort to ensure that the products shown are as close as possible to the actual specification there may be slight variations. All accessories are extra unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to alter specifications as advised by the manufacturers.
Please note exact colours shades cannot be guaranteed and colours will vary slightly from batch to batch.
All items are guaranteed for a minimum of 24 months. All goods sold comply with all applicable legislation and consumers are reminded that these items and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Right of Cancellation
The customer has an unconditional right to cancel an order. You must exercise the right to cancel an order by inforiming Etiquette Events. in writing within the following time limits ("Cancellation Period"). Goods – from the date the order is accepted by Etiquette Events until seven days after the Goods are delivered. Customers exercising their right to cancel an order must ensure that reasonable care is taken of the goods and that they are returned to Etiquette Events in an unused and as new condition complete in its original packaging and with all instructions and accessories. The return must include any premium offers or free gifts offered with the product. AlternativelyEtiquette Events can arrange the return of the goods at the Etiquette Events expense. Etiquette Events ltd will refund the purchase price of the goods or services within 30 days of receiving and checking the goods are as new.
Retail selling prices include value added tax (VAT) at the UK standard rate.
Defective or Faulty Products
If the goods develop a fault within 28 days of receipt please contact us by email and we will arrange to collect the goods and provide a replacement. Please note that if no fault is found, the goods will be returned to you and we will have to charge you for all collection and delivery costs incurred.
If a fault is reported after 28 days of purchase, you will need to return the goods listing the fault before a replacement is sent. Please note that although your warranty covers repair or replacement for 12 months there is no cover for Cost incurred for removal or reinsertion, and incidental or consequential damages (including inconvenience, lost wages or pain and suffering) these are not covered by these warranties.
We strongly advise that you retain all original packaging in case of a return, replacement or repair. We also strongly advise that when sending goods for repair, exchange or refund, you always use a registered service that obtains a signature on delivery.
We endeavour to respond to complaints within five working days.
