Event Executive

Full Time and Part Time Roles Available 

Your reason for being here…
Your purpose is to ensure Etiquette Events is known for helping to create perfectly formed weddings and events that run seamlessly that client’s love. The clients will adore the passion and service provided by you and your organisational skills thanks to your creativity, teamwork and forward planning.

You’re a driven wedding and event executive through and through. It’s your passion, your purpose, and the reason why you put the time in to ensure your name is synonymous with seamless running and management of events. 


You are at heart a problem solver that can foresee future challenges.. You are always looking for opportunities to grow our event capabilities through effective team and client relationships that leverage our ability to create beautifully crafted communications and events. 


How you make it all possible…

From the get-go, you will be confident with carrying out your leadership role:

  • Influencing design-led and logistic thinking creativity throughout all events.

  • Ensuring all design projects are completed to the highest standard as expected by our clients.

  • Working alongside our Event Managers, Stylists, Sales and Operations Team to put together concepts and mood boards for weddings and events for clients.

  • Showcasing and communicating the companies design and brand throughout each task set alongside brand guidelines.

  • Wedding and Event Set Ups and Collections, Loading/Unloading of Vans

  • Keeping our social media platforms updated with new and relevant content (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Tiktok)

  • Quality control, time management and improvement of projects.

  • Committed to making anything possible, with a smile – whatever the situation.

  • Produce kit list and day plans for events as well as any further documentation required to ensure the smooth set up and collection of event decor.

Creative design will remain of equal priority as you deliver on group and client projects:

  • Impeccable attention to detail

  • Keeping up to date on style trends and spotting the next biggest thing to ensure we are always ahead of the curve

  • Manage your time like a Swiss watch

  • Assist the Event Manager & Senior Event Manager, creative, production & marketing team members to develop specific project ideas

  • Meeting and taking briefs from clients and internal teams or supporting the designers in this objective.


What’s in your toolbox…

You’ll know your stuff. Your work ethics and output  will earns the respect of those you lead:

  • You’ll have at least 2 year’s experience in the wedding and events industry

  • Any eye for detail and a creative flare

  • Working well to deadlines and timings set 

  • Keen interest in design and the next big trends

  • Flexibility; mainly weekends, some weekdays and bank holidays and willing to work long, unsociable hours where events require, handle last minute requests and changes and have an ability to travel. What we do is a lifestyle. 

  • Full UK Driving License

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to think quickly, creatively and communicate professionally with colleagues, clients and suppliers.

  • Strong IT skills. Preferable experience with Mac.

The role will be based primarily in Gloucester but there will be times when you’ll need to be onsite making every day differ from one another!
